This label should be assigned when a creator requests that access to this content be delayed.
Details
In sensitive situations, particularly involving police surveillance, a content creator may want their materials to be archived but not accessible for a certain period of time. Collector and creator should work together to determine the appropriate embargo period.
Design
Allowing a plant time to grow and mature safely from a fragile seedling is akin to giving time for content to be safe before sharing.
